Visit to the 2,500 years old magnificent Shwedagon Pagoda, one of the world’s greatest religious monuments. And continue to Chaukhtetgyi Pagoda, relining Buddha image, 66 meters long. It houses one of the most revered reclining Buddha images in the country. Explore the National Museum and discover the 8-meter-high Lion Throne and the history of Myanmar. Transfer to your hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Breakfast. Transfer to Yangon domestic airport and flight to Loikaw. Arrival at Loikaw, drive to Htee Se Khar waterfalls located 15 miles in the north of Loikaw. The lush, green forest is surrounded the cold, clean stream that makes serval refreshing waterfalls. Lunch at a Local restaurant.
Visit to Kayah Cultural Museum that display bronze drums, stone beads, household utensils, traditional looms, traditional dresses, silverware, weapons, paintings and musical instrument of Kayah people. Continue to Taung Kwe Zedi located on the limestone hills overlooking the city and Shan mountain ranges in the distance and enjoy the sunset. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Breakfast. Visit to Pan Pet village where you can see the long neck Kayan tribe. Visit around the village and their home where you can discover weaving cotton, weaving bamboo, caving wooden and other handicrafts. Enjoy the traditional lunch at local home.
After lunch, continue to Hta Nee La Leh village. Visit local homes to meet local people preserving traditional Kayah arts, crafts and culture. These include musicians who play traditional bamboo guitars, experts in Kayah dress and artisans who make distinctive Kayah lacquer leg rings. Come back to Loikaw and transfer to your hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Breakfast. Visit to Thiri Mingalar Market, the largest market in the town. You can see the local products, simple local foods and see different tribes in the region. Transfer to Loikaw domestic airport and flight to Yangon. Visit to Botathaung Pagoda, located on the bank of Yangon river. Its hollow interior allowing visitors to walk inside the pagoda and there are glass containers showcasing artefacts and relics.
Lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to the Railway-station to enjoy the circular train that give you the opportunity to enjoy observing the lively and colourful life of the rural Burmese people in Yangon. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight at hotel.
